Authorization: I/We, the Merchant and its owner(s) or Principal(s), hereby apply for the loan or credit described in this application. I/We certify that no misrepresentations have been made in this application or any related documents, and that all information provided is true, correct, and complete. I/We agree that any property securing the loan or credit will not be used for any illegal or restricted purposes. STRATEFI, a brokerage, consulting, and referral company (“STRATEFI”), is authorized to verify my/our credit, either directly or through third parties, and disclose information about our account to interested parties. I/We acknowledge that this application and any credit information will be retained by STRATEFI and the Lender, even if no loan or credit is granted.
Furthermore, I/We authorize STRATEFI to share relevant information with any insurer or investor associated with the loan application. I/We agree to notify STRATEFI of any significant changes to our financial condition. By applying, I/We consent to be contacted by STRATEFI via email, phone, or text messages, even if my/our numbers are listed on any Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists.
By checking the box and proceeding with any actions on this website, you are consenting to these terms, including agreeing to receive communications from STRATEFI, our Lending Partners, and associated providers. Additionally, by checking the box, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and consent to the applicable Terms of Service (https://www.StrateFi.io/terms-of-service), Privacy Policy (https://www.StrateFi.io/privacy), and Consent to Electronic Communications and Electronic Signatures (https://www.StrateFi.io/electronic-consent).
Applicable Law: This agreement and its interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person and business that seeks a business loan. What this means for you: When you apply for a loan, we will ask for your business name, address, and Tax Identification Number. We will also ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
The Merchant and Owner(s)/Officer(s) identified in the application (individually, an “Applicant”) each represents, acknowledges and agrees that (1) all information and documents provided to StrateFi Inc. (“StrateFi”) including credit card processor statements are true, accurate and complete, (2) Applicant will immediately notify StrateFi of any change in such information or financial condition, (3) Applicant authorizes StrateFi to disclose all information and documents that StrateFi may obtain including credit reports to other persons or entities (collectively, “Assignees”) that may be involved with or acquire commercial loans having daily repayment features and/or Merchant Cash Advance transactions, including without limitation the application therefor (collectively, “Transactions”) and each Assignee is authorized to use such information and documents, and share such information and documents with other Assignees, in connection with potential Transactions, (4) each Assignee will rely upon the accuracy and completeness of such information and documents, (5) StrateFi, Assignees, and each of their representatives, successors, assigns and designees (collectively, “Recipients”) are authorized to request and receive any investigative reports, credit reports, statements from creditors or financial institutions, verification of information, or any other information that a Recipient deems necessary, (6) Applicant waives and releases any claims against Recipients and any information-providers arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, receiving or release of information, and (7) each Owner/Officer represents that he or she is authorized to sign this form on behalf of Merchant.(8) I consent to receive direct mail, faxes, and e-mails sent by StrateFi, Inc. and its affiliates for the purposes of transmitting account updates, requests for information and notices, and (9) this request is for business and not for consumer purposes.
I hereby certify: (1) the information provided is true and correct, (2) you are hereby authorized to investigate all bank, credit, and trade references, and said references are hereby authorized to release any requested information to you or your nominee, (3) such authorization shall extend to obtaining personal credit profile in considering this application and subsequently for the purposes of update, renewal or extension of such credit or additional credit and for reviewing or collecting the resulting account, (4) this information may be transmitted by us to you and by you to underwriter(s) for the purpose of granting me credit, either electronically or manually, and that by submitting this application, I take full responsibility for transmission thereof, (5) I am over 18 years of age, (6) I acknowledge my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, (7) I consent to receive direct mail, faxes, and e-mails sent by StrateFi and its affiliates for the purposes of transmitting account updates, requests for information and notices, and (8) this request is for business and not for consumer purposes.
The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into the binding contract); because all or part of the applicant’s income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. If for any reason your application for business credit is denied, you have the right to a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial.

This Electronic Communications, Telephone Communications, and Electronic Signature Disclosure and Consent (“Disclosure”), applies to all Communications for small business financial products, services and Accounts offered or accessible through the StrateFi website. The words “StrateFi”, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to StrateFi and its affiliates (including the lenders to whom it refers applicants), and the words “you” and “your” mean you, the individual(s) or entity identified on the Account(s). As used in this Disclosure, “Account” means the account(s) you have with us now or in the future.
By consenting to receive electronic Communications through the StrateFi web site, you will receive required federal and state disclosures related to your StrateFi Account (your “Account”). “Communication” means any customer agreements or amendments thereto, monthly billing or account statements, tax statements, disclosures, notices, responses to claims, transaction history, privacy policies and all other information related to the Account, including but not limited to information that we are required by law to provide to you in writing.
You agree that we may provide you with any Communications in electronic format, and that we may discontinue sending paper Communications to you, unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below. Your consent to receive electronic communications and transactions includes, but is not limited, to the following information and disclosures (collectively, the “Disclosures”):
All Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided by one or more of the following methods:
(1) via e-mail,
(2) by access to a website that we will designate in an e-mail notice we send to you at the time the information is available,
(3) to the extent permissible by law, by access to a website that we will generally designate in advance for such purpose,
(4) through text messages sent to your telephone, or
(5) by requesting you download a PDF file containing the Communication.
In order to view the Disclosures, you must have a computer equipped with Internet Explorer version 8.0 and above, Firefox version 3.6 and above, Safari version 5 or above, a version of Chrome that has been released after 2009, or an equivalent web browser. If you are able to read this text, the browser you are using will be able to display all required disclosures.
To retain an off-line copy of our the disclosures and agreement we provide you electronically, including those that you sign electronically, you will need to be able to either download electronic copies to your computer or an attached storage device (such as disk or USB storage device) or to print copies on a printer connected to your computer. Additionally, we will make these disclosures and agreements available to you on the StrateFi.io website.
You may not apply online and electronically execute your Account documents unless you agree to and are able to receive these disclosures and information in an electronic form. If you do not wish to receive your federal and state disclosures electronically, you may cancel your use of the StrateFi website by closing your browser right now.
It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate and complete e-mail address, contact, and other information related to this Disclosure and your Account, and to maintain and update promptly any changes in this information. You can update information (such as your e-mail address) by email at info@StrateFi.io.
You must also agree to provide us with your current e-mail address and to notify us of your new e-mail address if it changes.
You may withdraw your consent to receive some or all of the Disclosures in electronic form by contacting us by email at info@stratefi.io. In the event that you no longer consent to receive Disclosures in electronic form, we will need to close your StrateFi.io Account. Please specify which Disclosures you wish to be provided in paper form.
At our option, we may treat your provision of an invalid email address, or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid email address, as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications; however your access to and use of the StrateFi website be terminated. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.
To the extent permitted by law, you give permission to us and our agents to monitor and record any telephone conversation between us and you. You expressly authorize us to place calls to your cell phone, including auto-dialed calls or calls containing prerecorded messages, in connection with the collection of any amounts due from you. We will only use your mobile telephone number to contact you regarding your Account and any agreements you have with StrateFi.
All Communications in either electronic or paper format from us to you will be considered “in writing.” You should print or download for your records a copy of this Disclosure and any other communication that is important to you.
You acknowledge and agree that your consent to electronic Communications is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and that you and we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic Communications, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic Communications. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
By consenting to this Agreement, you agree to the following statements:
I have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described above and consent to receive electronic documents according to the process described above. I understand that I may incur costs, including but not limited to online time and other charges from my internet service provider, in accessing and/or viewing such document(s).
I understand and agree that: (i) certain documents may continue to be delivered to me via U.S. Mail that are not included in the electronic communications that in the future some or all of these documents may be made available for me to view online in accordance with this Agreement; (ii) my consent to view documents electronically does not automatically expire and is not limited as to duration; (iii) inserts that may be provided along with my account statements contain important information or disclosures concerning my account and I agree to review such inserts in a timely manner.
